Human Resource Manager
Mercy Njogu is the Human Resource Manager at SHOFCO. Prior to this role, she served as the Human Resource Officer at SHOFCO and as a Human Resource Administrator for the University of Maryland. Mercy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Moi University and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), where she is also a full member of the institute. In addition, she is a delegate member of SHOFCO SACCO and a member of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Committee.
