Executive Director, Africa Philanthropy Network (APN)
Dr. Stigmata is the Executive Director of the Africa Philanthropy Network (APN) and the President of the Foundation for Civil Society in Tanzania. Stigmata has practiced with central and local governments, civil society, communities, and key population groups in Tanzania and in selected counties in the African region.
