Facilities and Maintenance Manager
Eleen Were is a Facilities and Maintenance Manager at SHOFCO Nairobi. She has over 15 years’ experience and holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering and several certificates in GPS and GIS Mapping, Initial Rapid Assessment, Social Accountability in Health Systems and Design for Behaviour Change. She has experience in WASH-related programs and construction projects through her previous jobs at GOAL Kenya, Plan International, UNICEF, KIWASH among others. Her role in SHOFCO involves managing and delivering facilities to all beneficiaries of SHOFCO, giving complete user satisfaction, and expedite growth within the organisation. She aspires to ensure that all SHOFCO beneficiaries are comfortable, happy and empowered to advance the urban promised in their communities.
