CEO, Sisley
After studying law, economics, and political science in Paris, Philippe d’Ornano joined the family business, Sisley, in 1986. He has served as CEO of the company since 2013. Sisley creates, manufactures in France, and distributes high-end skincare, perfume, makeup, and hair care through two brands: Sisley and Hair Ritual. The company is present in more than 100 countries, employing 4,500 people of 100 different nationalities and is one of the world leaders in luxury cosmetics.
Philippe runs the Sisley-d’Ornano Foundation with his family, which works in the fields of education, culture, health, environment, and solidarity, in France and abroad. He is involved in the promotion of companies, especially family businesses. He serves as co-chairman of the METI, a French association of medium-sized family companies
