- SHOFCO Urban Network (SUN): Engaged 1.4 million members across 56 sites, empowering communities through advocacy, savings groups, and civic action.
- Health: Expanded services to three new slums and reached over 342,000 individuals through outreach, primary care, and maternal health initiatives.
- Education: Supported 656 girls with free education in Kibera and Mathare, with a 100% high school matriculation rate.
- WASH: Distributed 13.6 million liters of clean water and provided menstrual hygiene support to 7,500 teenage girls monthly.
- Gender Programs: Addressed 4,635 GBV cases and linked survivors to economic empowerment through SHOFCO Women’s Empowerment Project.
