Ahmed Kalebi is an independent consultant pathologist at Ahmed Kalebi Consultancy. He is the founder and retired Group Managing Director of Pathologists Lancet Kenya and the Lancet Group of Laboratories – East Africa. In addition, Ahmed is a member of the boards of directors of various private-for-profit and not-for-profit organizations including the Independent Medico-Legal Unit (IMLU) and United Nations Global Compact Network Kenya. Furthermore, he is the Founding Steering Committee Chairman and now Council Member of the College of Pathologists of East, Central and Southern Africa (COPECSA). Ahmed is also a Founder Trustee at HAIBA Foundation and the patron of Gogo Boys Football Club, a soccer team in Kibera.
