Eutycus Kariuki is an Assistant Commissioner at the Kenya Revenue Authority, an agency of the Ministry of Finance. Prior to this, he was the Project Manager of iTax and an Assistant Policy Analyst at Inland Revenue, New Zealand and the elected President of AIESEC University of Nairobi. Eutycus is a co-author of the book “Revenue Administration Reforms in Kenya (2010)” and a paper titled “Human Capital Accumulation and Mortality in Kenya 2007”. In addition, he has served as a member of the East African Revenue Authorities Technical Committee (EARATC). Eutycus holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Tsukuba, Japan and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Nairobi.
