Joseph Okelo is the Executive Director of Makini College, Training and Consultancy and the Founder of Palos Community Center, an institution that creates learning opportunities for the underprivileged residents of the Nyangeta area of Kisumu County. He is also a Director of Makini School, a leading private school based in Kenya and the founder of a community football club, Palos Football Club. Furthermore, Joseph is the East African Director of the Global Travel and Tourism Partnership (GTTP) program and the Founder and Chairman of the Association of Family Business Enterprise. He sits on the board of GESCI, and is the Chair of the Board of CBM Kenya. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario, Canada and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nottingham, U.K.
