Alexander Gachihi is the Technology Director at SHOFCO. Prior to this, he was a Senior Technical Program Manager at GiveDirectly, where he managed large-scale programs in multiple countries in Africa and Asia. Alexander also founded FinHouse Limited, a microfinance institution, where he developed microloan products and operational systems for low-income communities. Alexander holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi and has completed multiple short courses in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the University of London.
