Jenny Peck is the Director of Development at SHOFCO. Prior to this, she served as the Interim Director of Development at Amref Health Africa in the USA and the U.S. Program and Operations Manager at Global Health Corps. Jenny began her international development career as a Peace Corps Education Volunteer and has held leadership roles with community-based organizations in East Africa. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Kansas.
