Luisa Stojkovic is the Chief of Staff of SHOFCO, the largest grassroots organization in Kenya. Prior to this she co-founded Magnia, a strategy and capacity building consultancy with teams in Nairobi, Dubai, and Addis Ababa, and led it as Executive Director. There she advised social impact organizations on strategy, fundraising frameworks, and brand, and coached their leadership teams. Her clients included the Gates Foundation, Mastercard Foundation, Aga Khan Foundation, Humanity United, TomorrowNow, and Project Mercy. Earlier, at Legatum, a global investment firm working to increase prosperity worldwide, she worked with the founding leadership of the Freedom Fund, the END Fund, the Luminos Fund, the Legatum Institute, and the Legatum Center for Development and Entrepreneurship at MIT. Luisa holds an Executive MBA with Distinction from Bayes Business School, where her research focused on a relational approach to leadership.
