General Counsel
Joseph Amisi is the General Counsel of SHOFCO. Prior to this, he was the Founding and principal Attorney at Lehmann Associates, a Partner at Wambasi & Company Advocates and an Associate Analyst – Compliance at Global Futures and Forex in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths. Joseph holds an MBA from Grand Valley State University in Michigan, a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma in law from the Kenya School of Law.
