Zuhura Odhiambo is a leading expert in communications, market strategy, data analytics and organization development. She is currently the Founder and CEO of New Revenue Solutions Africa, a prolific revenue generating company which enables organizations accelerates profitable revenue through the use of data, strategy and commercial development.
Her experience in the media sector spans over 10 years at the Nation Media Group, Capital Group and CNBC as a Commercial Director. Her desire is to see businesses develop winning strategies, generate multiple income streams and nurture strong brands. Over the years she has enabled companies to turnaround in East Africa through enhanced consumer experience and increase of revenue for sustainability. She is the Chairperson of Club 30% East Africa that advocates for gender diversity in boards where her work with Nairobi Securities Exchange has seen various milestones being achieved including legislating that women executives attain a minimum of 30% director roles in listed boards.
Zuhura is also the Chair of the Events Management Association of Kenya (EMAK) Board and has served on the Gor Mahia Sacco which empowers members socio- economically among others. She holds an MBA (Marketing) from Kenya Methodist University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Limkokwing University, Malaysia and has also undertaken the Senior Management Leadership Program and Developing Leadership Competencies from Strathmore Business School.
Her desire to ensure that affirmative action is embedded in organizations’ polices has seen her develop frameworks for gender diversity in the workplace and has undertaken the Women Directors Leadership Summit at the Strathmore Business School (SBS). She is also an alumni of Female Future Force programme from FKE (FFP). She is also a member of the following associations: Women Corporate Directors (WCD), MSK (Marketing Society of Kenya), PRSK and CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing).She is a co-founder and Director of Cocoa by Design event management firm. Zuhura has been instrumental in introducing various revenue activities to organizations which have generated high revenue outcome using data.
She was instrumental in the seeing the first Women Economic Forum being hosted by development partners, government, private companies, informal sectors, CSOs and women leaders which discussed the role of Women in reshaping the Kenyan Economy in February 2021.
She was involved in coaching and mentoring startups to develop award winning business cases and plans during incubation with Ibiz Africa, a Standard Chartered Bank Initiative in 2019. In 2018, she was a leader in the formation of the first Female Governor’s Network in Kenya to enable better county service delivery. She has initiated partnerships and was involved in having the first Indian Film Festival Kenya from the Indian Film Festival Worldwide which was also the first in Africa in 2018.

Dr. Kalebi is a specialist in general/anatomical pathology, and laboratory medicine; madly in love with pathology, medicine, science, integrity, innovativeness and inspirations. He is an award-winning, globally-recognized trailblazer and pioneering entrepreneur in pathology and laboratory medicine in Kenya and East Africa. He has been an independent consultant pathologist from May 2021 under own Specialist Practice License registered by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) with own duly incorporated private limited company, Ahmed Kalebi Consultancy.
He is the founder entrepreneur and retired Group Managing Director/CEO/Chief Consultant Pathologist from 2009 to 2021 at Pathologists Lancet Kenya and the Lancet Group of Laboratories – East Africa, the largest and most prominent internationally accredited laboratory network in Kenya the the region. He is a member of the boards of directors of various private-for-profit and not-for-profit organizations including the Independent Medico-Legal Unit (IMLU) and United Nations Global Compact Network Kenya.
Dr Kalebi is the Founding Steering Committee Chairman and now Council Member of the College of Pathologists of East, Central and Southern Africa (COPECSA). He is also a Founder Trustee at HAIBA Foundation. In addition, Dr Kalebi is a former chairman and current Trustee of Madraasatul Falah Kibra Society. Further, he is the patron of Gogo Boys Football Club, a grassroots soccer team from Kibra slums, currently playing in Football Kenya Federation (FKF) National Division Two, under the mantra of #PlayingForChange as part of youth reforms initiative in Kibra. In 2011, Business Daily feted him in Top 40 Under 40 Men competition – which recognizes outstanding men below the age of 40 across professions.

Eugene is an entrepreneur and founder of Documentary and Reality Television Limited. Eugene was the youngest producer with a show on Kenyan national television when at 22, his first TV show Young Rich premiered on one of Kenya’s top television stations, K24.
With this company, Eugene has gone on to create and produce more television shows, including: Get in The Kitchen, Our Perfect Wedding, Stori Yangu, My Friend, Being Bahati, Foods of Kenya, The Best of, Concert Nyumbani, and Sol Family. The shows have been aired on K24, KTN, NTV, Maisha Magic East, Showmax, Iflix, Kwese, Startimes, Trigger (South Africa) and Kirk TV. Concert Nyumbani is set to be the biggest entertainment event in Kenyan television history and will air simultaneously on 12 stations.

Njoki started her career in the hospitality industry where she worked for Lonrho Hotels, Alliance Hotels, Walt Disney World Resort and The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta. She later worked for the Mayor’s Office of International Relations, Atlanta. Moving back to Kenya, she founded Tukio Africa Conference and Event Services. Her clients included Microsoft, East African Breweries, Bookside Dairy and Martin Luther King III.
She later took a drastic turn in her career, shifting to Social Enterprise. She founded Karjee Industries, a company that manufactured low cost sanitary pads. As a result of manufacturing sanitary pads, she received numerous requests to donate them to various organizations. She then founded Zuri Dada Sanitary Pad Bank in Kibera where school girls have access to free sanitary pads and mentorship.
She is a recipient of the Presidential Order of Service, Uzalendo Award, in recognition of the exemplary service during Covid -19 pandemic, and the Phoenix Award, for her significant contribution to the City of Atlanta. She is the Chairperson of Greencard Mtaani, an organization that nurtures, educates, protects and empowers children through sport in Kibera. She is also a Member of Rotary Club of Lavington, Nairobi, and founder of Njoki Kariuki Foundation.
Njoki grows tea for the export market and is currently setting up an Industrial Bakery. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Business Management from Morris Brown College, USA. She is a Mother of three daughters.View Profile
